Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold.
bkluck processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transaction amounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player balances.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Funds may not be withdrawn if they are subject to an active wagering requirement (as associated with a Bonus). Real-money funds deposited without a bonus applied are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time following completion of KYC.
bkluck offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the bkluck platform without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of bkluck intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

bkluck's total aggregate liability to any single player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bkluck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where: a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; bkluck has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; a player is found to be ineligible under Section 3; or a player has requested self-exclusion under Section 11.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements, and any funds under active investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
